Photo/Media Consent Agreement
Dear Valued Client,
We appreciate your partnership with All Spruced Up Cleaning Co LLC as your cleaning service provider. In order to enhance our communication and transparency, we have established a photo/media consent agreement that outlines the guidelines for capturing and sharing visual media related to the cleaning services provided by our team.
1. Purpose:
The purpose of this photo/media consent agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which visual media, including photographs and videos, can be taken and shared by All Spruced Up Cleaning Co LLC and its clients.
2. Consent:
By hiring our company, you grant All Spruced Up Cleaning Co LLC permission to take and share visual media related to the cleaning services provided at your premises. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs and videos of the areas being cleaned, before and after shots, and any other visual documentation that may be useful for quality control, training purposes, or marketing efforts. You grant full rights to use the images resulting from the video/media, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve our company’s aims.
3. Usage:
The visual media captured will be used for the following purposes:
a. Quality Control: To ensure that our cleaning standards are met and maintained.
b. Training: To train and educate our cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques.
c. Documentation: To maintain a record of the services provided and the condition of the premises.
d. Marketing: To showcase the effectiveness of our cleaning services to potential clients. However, any media used for marketing purposes will be done so with the utmost respect for your privacy and will not disclose any sensitive information about your premises.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy:
All Spruced Up Cleaning Co LLC acknowledges the importance of maintaining client confidentiality and privacy. We commit to ensuring that any visual media captured at your premises will be securely stored and used only for the purposes mentioned in Section 3. We will not disclose or share any media with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
5. Frequency and Timing:
The frequency and timing of capturing visual media will be at the discretion of All Spruced Up Cleaning Co LLC, depending on the scope and schedule of the cleaning services provided. However, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize any inconvenience to you and your operations.
6. Withdrawal of Consent:
If, at any time, you wish to withdraw your consent for capturing and sharing visual media, you may do so by calling our office at 330-397-2815 or emailing us at officeallsprucedup@gmail.com.
7. Indemnification:
By reviewing this document, you agree to indemnify and hold All Spruced Up Cleaning Co LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the capture and sharing of visual media in accordance with this policy.
Upon reviewing this document and hiring our company, both parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions mentioned herein and agree to comply with them.
